If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us immediately and provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product. If we determine that the product was damaged or spoiled during shipping or was defective in some other way, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement product or a full refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any product that has been opened or used, or that we determine was not damaged or spoiled during shipping or was not defective in some other way. If we do offer a replacement or refund, we may require that you return the original product to us, at our expense.

Perishable products refund policy

Perishable goods, such as food and beverages are exempt from our standard return policy due to health and safety concerns. Once delivered, these goods may deteriorate or expire rapidly, and we cannot guarantee their quality or safety if returned.

However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect perishable item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt to discuss your options. We may be able to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. In such cases, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item to help us assess the situation.

Please note that if you choose to return a perishable item without our authorization, we reserve the right to reject the return and not issue a refund.
